What do I pretend to understand

40 Questions We’re Afraid to Ask – #24

What do I pretend to understand that I really don't?What do I pretend to understand that I really don’t?

My friends?

My spouse or partner?

Politics?   Religion?

World peace?

Homelessness?

My job?

The other guy?

Perhaps the better question is . . .

WHY do I pretend to understand when I really don’t?

Pride?

Ignorance?
(keep in mind that at the base of the word “ignorance” is the word “ignore”.

Could this question be at the very heart of relationship issues at every level?

Personal?

Workplace?

Community?

Political?

Interfaith?

International?

What do I pretend to understand that I really don’t?
